Cycling is a lot of fun although actually I haven't done it for ages either!! We have a stationary bike (or "exercise bike"?? I think both of those names work xD) that I use sometimes but I haven't cycled outdoors for years D: I hope you get back into it, good luck! ^-^

That's sad that your close friends left, I hope you're able to keep in touch with them via social media or texting or something? And I hope you manage to make some new friends too! yeah my textbooks from last year are really dusty too, they've been sitting still for months xD
oh well I'm sure you'll get used to the early schedule as you get back into it again ^-^

Let's hope there are LOTS of better days ahead, we all deserve them!!! That's cool that you get snow! Over here it's a little similar, sometimes we get a bit of snow and sometimes we get none, it's pretty unpredictable
And yes, I agree! There is so much that needs to be done about climate change and I hope all the governments around the world start taking much more action

like you said, we're seeing the effects all over the world; with wildfires, major floods, more intense hurricanes, higher temperatures every year - let's hope the world is able to change dramatically before much more irreversible damage is done <3

I recently started deep diving and I’m getting pretty good at it! I even learnt it backwards from my sister ;D yeah I know the exercise bike! I usually see it in the gym.. it’s great to be honest. You should try going cycling outdoors! The experience is really so amazing and the exciting part is you can enjoy the scenery and stay fit as well.

Yeah... I’m upset but I will definitely keep in touch with them It’s been one year since I first met them so it’s like a one year friendship anniversary... I had my fourth day of school and it’s going pretty well now- even though I overslept once and missed my class- most of it I mean.

And the rest happen to be cancelled so I basically didn’t have any classes today, instead some of the people in our class played a game called among us! It was fun, a lot of fun. One more day and then the weekend will take a rise xD how was your first day at university? Fun?

Hopefully the world does something about this.. and hopefully it won’t be too late. I can feel better days are ahead It’s hard for all of us right now but better days will come till then we must stay strong

Wow, deep diving?! that sounds SO exciting! Do you do it in a pool or in a lake or something, or both? Is it difficult to do? :O
I really should try cycling outdoors again! the problem is I don't know where I'd do it; there aren't particularly any paths or trails or parks nearby. but I'll make sure I do it sometime one way or another, you're right, it's definitely an amazing thing! thank you for the encouragement!

That's a great anniversary, that's cool that you remember the date you became friends ^-^ I'm glad to hear the school's going well, that's really good! I hope it's still going well this week too! I think almost everybody oversleeps sometimes so I wouldn't worry about it xD ohmygoodness I've heard so many people playing Among Us recently, it does look like a lot of fun!!

This week is my university's "welcome week" so not much has really happened, it's basically just making sure everyone knows how the course will operate, how to navigate the online environment etc. I'm writing an 8000-word dissertation this year and it involves a lot of research and I'm really looking forward to it!

Better days are definitely ahead, you're right!! there's always hope to be found, whether it's in people or in ideas or whether it just comes serendipitously, there'll always be light to be found <3

Deep diving is quite easy for me! I do it in a pool never swam in a lake before. I’m basically crawling or laying at the bottom xD it’s really fun! I usually cycle in parks or just in my compound because they’ve provided us with walking/cycling tracks. Though I don’t have my own cycle since one year because I just moved 1 year ago.

Usually I don’t oversleep, I wake up a minute or two before my alarm and that’s very nice ;D of course I remember the dates! Me and my friend took a selfie on our first day so she had it in her snapchat memories. It felt nice but sad at the same time because time flew! I remember that day like it was yesterday.

Among us is nice if you can talk to each other xD you can hear each other’s frustrations, I always end up losing because I’m always giggling so people think I’m not telling the truth xD the thing is I’m just bad at lying haha. Welcome week? I had that last week, 8000 words is a lot! Wow I wish you the best of luck Ray My dad is coming soon... so better days are ahead, definitely.

Awww that sounds so fun xD so how long can you stay underwater for, I'm assuming you've got a big tank of oxygen? That's nice that you've got cycle tracks/paths, all communities should do that so do you hire a bike for the day or something?
Ooh that's a very useful skill to have, waking up just before your alarm! I tend to often sleep through my alarm xD

Yesss, sometimes anniversaries of things are bittersweet because on one hand it's wonderful to remember it, but then on the other hand, you realise just how much time has passed since then and sometimes you miss those times xD ohmygoodness I'm always terrible at lying in games too, I always lose when I'm the werewolf in werewolf/mafia xD

I do like writing long things though and I like researching a topic so the 8000-word limit should be fun to fill up!! Thank you so much! Oh nooo- I do it in a pool so I can’t really get a tank of oxygen xD I practice breathing too so it’s good. I haven’t been cycling much but soon I’ll get my own cycle and then I will hopefully! I’m pretty bad at lying because people just see through me somehow xD I’m trying to get good at among us so I can beat those people

I love writing as well! I’ve always loved it... since I was 9 I had a journal so I’ve been writing quite frequently. I’m sure that 8000 word topic will be fun I wish you the best of luck on the research as well. My school face to face actually opened yesterday but I’m going to start going from Monday! It will be something out of the ordinary but I look forward to it.
