You have been 5 times temporarily banned within 3 months. This results to a permanent ban. And it looks like you made more accounts after your ban which is also against the rules.

I don’t see a reason to unban you right now. You doesn’t seem to be sorry and you bypassed a few times. You can make a new ban appeal within 3 months and then we will see if deserves another chance
