If shes really upset she can do /ignore add (name of bully) and she wont see his messages ever again, maybe tell her this, because he may not be banned

I am really mad at him and i want something so he can know he did something bad. it is not nice to bully so he must learn his lesson.

I agree with you, hopefully he gets muted, this server takes bullying really seriously, but just incase he doesnt get banned or muted, you should tell her to /ignore add
