But idk why but I can't get my wifi IP because when I get it, my account is getting banned forever... And I don't know why...

So it's saying that :You are accessing Broken lens using a blacklist or public-shared network. For security reasons you will not be able to play any game until you change it

I think brokenlens doesn't allow public wifi's to be used on their server because it's easy for someone to go into your account and hack on the server. Are you using your home wifi?

does the wifi you use require you to put in a password?

if you use a more secure wifi such as your parent's wifi or a non public wifi, it should work. do you use the same wifi as the one you used to use when you were able to log on?

Well the bad is that I can't get my wifi.. And I always change it with the app CyberVPN, and it's charging my wifi. But I'm not doing it for hack or something, it's because I can't join with other way :'(

I'm pretty sure the problem is with the wifi you're using. I'm not sure how to fix it but I'll tag a staff member.
