Of course. I'll make an example to make it easier to understand.

(This works on any discussion thread not just the one in my example)

So to begin you will click General Discussion.

Upon opening this section at the top near the name (General Discussion) it should be in black letters, on the top right next to it it says "Post New Thread" You will click on this and input whatever items or conversation you would like entered in your thread.
