It really depends on the admin. Some admins just ban everyone who you reported (with evidence ofc), but some will feel sympathy and most likely ban some (if not, then none of the offenders). There are even some who need to discuss the situation with other admins since the wrong action can result in a lot of drama

Drama why ? they don't represent the community or anything like that

I say “drama” probably because of my personal encounters. When I report groups of teamers like those in your report, it always ends with a lot of drama if threads aren’t locked and stuff. In the past, I had a deal a lot and it probably was a hassle for the staff (because of drama and complaints, rules were changed so that teaming was bannable).
