aa sorry i just woke up

for abt 2 months now i feel very nauseous after i eat and idk what to do ._.

Make sure your composure is well, sit up and try not to sloitch or crunch up your tummy. Sit in front of a fan too. Apply cool compresses and pressure to help.

Drink lots of water!! And also drink chamomile tea. It helps a lot. And put Ginger in it. Or eat meals that include Ginger. Ginger helps with anything regarding your tummy. That and peppermints and lemon.

Don't intake lots of carbonated drinks...and try to eat more plain-based meals as well.

Now I wouldn't recommend this UNLESS your condition is in a worsened state. Make a cup of tea and put about half a cup of vodka in it. This helps a lot because it helps your body sweat out the impurities and fight the sickness 2x as fast.
