Make sure your composure is well, sit up and try not to sloitch or crunch up your tummy. Sit in front of a fan too. Apply cool compresses and pressure to help.
Drink lots of water!! And also drink chamomile tea. It helps a lot. And put Ginger in it. Or eat meals that include Ginger. Ginger helps with anything regarding your tummy. That and peppermints and lemon.
Now I wouldn't recommend this UNLESS your condition is in a worsened state. Make a cup of tea and put about half a cup of vodka in it. This helps a lot because it helps your body sweat out the impurities and fight the sickness 2x as fast.
