I suggest taking a break, go outside and have a bit of a walk. Maybe go somewhere nice, even someplace like a park or a mall would do. Just get off your devices for now and just do something else, it'll clear your mind and make you feel better.
And once you come back in the grind, you may have the advantage against other people who didn't take a break yet; because they will be stressed, unlike you who just took a break.
