During the summer break I sometimes stay up til after 3 but I've gotta get back to my regular sleeping schedule since the school year is almost here again ;-; What time do you have to wake up for school? xD

Probably a longshot but there's an app called Headspace that teaches you basic meditation skills, I started using it before bed and it's pretty cool and it definitely helped a bit with falling asleep xD

I think ive heard of it before, i might check that out xD
