She keeps claiming that she is new and that you guys haven't updated the staff list. But she claimed that she banned people and helps out a lot.

I believe you’re talking about AnnaDisc. That is her current name, but her forums name in her info page says WiserAnna or something like that. No, she is not a helper. And, I’ll be honest she is quite rude sometimes. About over 5 friends of mine have been triggered by her because she called them all hackers, including me. Sure, they can all just /ignore her, but she doesn’t stop.
