do forum warning points work? like is it possible to warn someone if they're being mean or smth?

We can use it to evaluate when deciding to ban someone.

why not create warning messages to warn people before they're muted or banned? marco has used them before and told me to mind my language which i completely understood

i'm sorry but i just find it unfair that people are banned or muted without warning

The staff members can give warning points before they ban someone. But none of us can mute someone on the forums. So we didn't mute Sami.

i know you guys can't mute him and this isn't just about sami, its about various others like lachlan, katy, etc.

and did the bots mute him? and for how long is he muted? sorry if i'm being impatient

ohh, can you please try contact vertx (i'm guessing he can) about this? i mean i've seen numerous cases about this and it'll be good if we can get a solution to this

plus there would be less hatred and drama as well
