well sometimes its okay to wallow in sadness and self hate as long as you can reflect on your cringe moments and get past em it will be decent Even if you have to smash a thing or two
Well hm maybe its the act of trying to be happy? sometimes that makes u unhappy Ik confusing and hard to follow but maybe focusing too much on if your happy or not can get in the way? Cus u always think about whats getting in the way of ur happiness?
