i don’t think we can truly define the world with our senses because as shown in the matrix (okay i base all my answers off the matrix now xD) it is clear everything was “real” because their senses believed so while in reality it was just electromagnetic signals in their brains telling them it was real. our senses make us believe in things but not necessarily make them real

I also have some good examples why we can't, because I absolutely agree with you!

1) Eat something sweet and eat an apple afterwards... the apple will taste sour
Eat something bitter and eat an apple afterwards... the apple will taste sweet
Which of them is the reality??
-We can't trust our taste

2) It is cold and you are outside and your sibling is inside the house...
You wash your hads with cold water... the water feels warm because your hands are colder
Your sibling washes them... the water feels cold, because their hands were warmer
-We can't trust our sensibility


And there are more examples, but I think you know what I mean ^-^
