I'm level 6 on this new account. The Secret Forces Rifle is unlocked at level 27. I keep finding players using weapons unlocked at higher levels in my level range.

It's incredibly unfair because those weapons are stronger than weapons in my level range.

From a special pack or whatever, correct?

The Secret Forces Rifle can be bought in the store. I don't think it can be gotten anywhere else.
