so there is something that was written in a book that I have read about this thematic
Law should be equal to justice. Right is unequal to justice only in two cases: when there is no will to create justice, or when there is a lack of ability to bring about justice.
It is not uncommon for law to be truly unequal to justice and therefore unjust law, because those who set and shape the law are convinced that right has nothing to do with justice. This is the group of cynics(a person who believes that someone is motivated just by self-interests) who sometimes call themselves pretentious realists, in contrast to the naive idealists or do-gooders who believe in justice.
