Why exactly should they rethink that?

Sorry if I'm about to argue with you but I just don't see any point of being a staff.

Yes, it does help the server from hackers but what effect does it do in real life? Sure some staff do have a life and take a break there and then but what benefit does it have towards your future self?

Don't get me wrong, a server needs staff but if you really rethink of it, it doesn't do anything in your life education or job.

It’s not like we’re going into it thinking it’s gonna benefit our life, it’s not gonna get us higher grades or a better job, it’s not gonna make us a better person either.

It’s something we do simply because we want to, you don’t have to be online 24/7 - we don’t get paid, we do it as a hobby or a helping hand.

I still babysit, I still go for a run, I still cook and clean, I overall do lifey things and it doesn’t necessarily affect our life(s).

It’s something you can simply do on the sideline, it’s not like we aren’t working towards our future while being a staff member - I still got my license, I’m still working towards becoming a makeup artist, ssunsett works from home - warrior goes to school, dark goes to college, etc.

That's obviously and one of my points. It's not gonna get us better grades nor a better person.

Ik you want to and I respect that but my point of view is that I still don't see a point of it if the only thing I see staff doing is talk to other start, try to help others and ban/mute hackers/bad people.

I also know that. Staff are mostly inactive and that's fine but here's the thing

I can totally respect your opinion as well, but your opinion doesn’t mean others should rethink their own choices.
