xD actually this is a paradox
There are two perspectives!
1st As humans, every other things also have a soul, and you may change them from the outside, but you could never touch their souls, so yes it is the same car.
2nd When you change everything, it will be something completely new, because there is nothing left of the old things or person.

you know what! i think it is. being restored is kind of like giving yourself the care you need to feel “whole” again. sometimes we need to be modified to work properly and the same goes with cars
