I don't think you'll still be given a chance unless the staff who banned you will change his decision. To be honest, you shouldn't lied on your previous appeals, cause there will be a higher chance that it'll be denied. Because, staff will always find ways just to give players a best gameplay.

You should have thought about it at the first place, I got banned and I am the one who breaks a rule so I should be honest, I guess if you didn't make any reasons and didn't lie-I think you'll be given chance, if you thought about it first.
