This happened to me.
Uninstall Minecraft. Go to File Manager and find a folder under "games" or "Mojang". Delete the Mojang folder and reinstall Minecraft.

Nope. That clip you showed was to remove all texture packs (even though I didn't have any). I had to delete the entire Folder, worlds, everything!

Oh. Elina you must reinstall the 0.15.6 Update for it to work, otherwise you have to start all over again.
