Well my cousin Katelyn is saying how she got a 19 out of 20 on her math quiz, and my 2 other cousins are bothering her about being a nerd ;-;

Doesn't even matter? At least she got a highest score, than getting a lower one.
They shouldn't have told her that she's a 'nerd.' She might lack on those social skills, but it might be she's a great person?
It's better to fix the problem as soon as possible, than letting it to past for like a day. Tell her to approach them and say sorry, eventhough she didn't started it first.
