Agreed! All the songs in there are so amazing and I love that each one tells a different part of the story. And yeah, it takes a very strong person to overcome a challenge and use it to your advantage to better yourself. Respect to anyone who has done that.

I think you said your favourite song from the movie is Never Enough, right? So if you were to analyse that, what does that say about you? Does it mean that in your opinion, a person can never have enough snail statues?

Its literal meaning is the constant yearning to be around someone and that they enchant you in a way you could’ve never imagined. However, there’s obvious emphasis on the words “Never Enough” to highlight the sad tone which foregrounds the idea you’re not really satisfied with anything in general and always striving for more.

For me, it recognises the painful nature of love, whether that be for a dream or person, and is beautifully used to link different character arcs like the forbidden relationship, the start of an unrequited love, a wife’s desperation for her husband to recognise he doesn’t need the world to love him and a man who will never be satisfied.

Wow, now that you've said it, I think you're absolutely right about the song representing all those different relationships and feelings... that's amazing. It's obvious that Jenny Lind can relate to the song especially when she starts crying while singing it but I never even thought about it as describing other characters in the story too.
