I know, it was getting kind of hectic there TBH xd
But I think they should get a refund if they exchange their rank for their money since it seems fair.
But if there was a waiver they signed involved saying "you can't get your money back" or something, then yeah, they shouldn't get a refund. That's just my opinion lol, what's yours?
