Nope, it's a multi-sport thing - athletics, swimming, diving, cycling, gymnastics, rowing, golf and a couple of other sports. Sort of like a mini Olympics. Great Britain have won a lot of medals so far

If you have the channel BBC One, there are two great swimming races starting at about 4:42 pm (UK time). Idk if you're interested at all but just in case you are ^-^

Well I don't find the golf that exciting xD But the other events are amazing to watch, especially if they include someone from your country or someone else that you're cheering for
