They don't notify you with an email or anything if you are accepted or denied.
If you are accepted, they put the rank on your account, and you get a lot of congratulations, etc.

Every few months, a new staff is chosen. The most recent staff chosen was SenpaiBakaa in June. I would say a new staff would be picked maybe in September or October, but I'm not sure.
