If I got a transfer ticket would it let me transfer to my other xbox account, I was reading up on it and I'm not sure anymore. It sounded like more of a name change.

transfer tickets allow you to make a new acc aka a new username but you won’t have to restart your stats. it’ll transfer your current account’s stats to your new account.
