What is your IGN? Because your IGN needs to match your forums username in order for your rank to show up on here

Ray,I think he means his actual account in game,but when you get the rank you won't get it straight away when you join.You have to wait a Little then the rank will show up,but if it didn't work maybe try buying it again,or just make sure you typed in everything correctly when you bought it.
