Sorry for leaving but it's past midnight and I need to sleep. Here's my feedback (that didn't send on server):

What is it?

I love the detail you put into it like hidden tunnels and different places. It looks very symmetrical in a way which is good but could limit creative flair (e.g the beach umbrellas especially). I think the main thing that needs improving is that all areas, apart from the road should be made bigger (which I'm sure you're planning). The buildings are quite simplistic on the inside but overall, I love your ideas.
