The opposite of happy is sad. And it's okay to be sad. Sometimes I feel sad. You probably do, too. It can be for many reasons. You're jealous of someone, somebody said something horrible to you. Maybe it's just for no reason at all.
That can be a bad thing, because you don't know the source of your sadness, so you can't stop it. Sometimes when you're sad, you might cry. It's okay to cry. Everybody does, whether they like to admit it or not. It's not usually something you can control.
