Not sure. All I know is that he got perm banned for an inappropriate username. But icee made an appeal anf ssun accepted it and bought him a ticket.

But, he was and still is kind of an inappropriate person.
It was a while ago when I didn’t do reports so.
Probably muted more than 7-10 times, not sure on his bans tho.
