no no no, i’m sure you didn’t ( what’s wrong?

I made my instagram story about a friend of mine who...

And Danielle (my ex) saw it and I think she may think I'm talking about her...im scared incase she tells her friends about it...

they really hate me now..

she also walked past me today and was whispering about me to her friends..

after what happened on monday, a guidance teacher has told me and my friend that we are not allowed to speak to her or text her..

Oh, you're in the no contact zone. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. Generally it helps though, so I hope that tactic works out for you

Hmm, maybe then just try to ignore her? Maybe just try and focus on the good things in life? Try doing something casual, something you can do for fun to take your mind off this

what am I meant to do when her friends literally walked her past me and said "see look, you're already better then her"..

The no contact zone is kind of like breaking an addiction in a way, an addiction to a person

Well, that's very rude of them.. especially if they know you can hear them.. just try keep your cool and your head high, no matter how hard it seems to be

I understand, it's hard to ignore someone and say you don't miss them when every time you think of them memories plague your mind :/ It will get easier though

i want to forget that danielle even was in my life...
