Are you sure you updated Minecraft to the newest verison?
If yes... Maybe you should turn on airplane mode, go back and logout of your X-Box Live account.
Then go back into settings, and turn off airplane mode.
Go into Minecraft again, log into your X-Box Live account, and go into servers...
