It's not observer, Its Watcher. I think once your banned by the watcher, the staff cannot unban them because the watcher only bans people when he is 100% sure they are hacking.

Click on your name in the right top corner, and find conversations. Then click on it and add a Staff's name. Example : Ray_Palmor_Atom
