If you want staff to be online 24/7 that would be ignoring a very basic but very important human function: sleep.

If you want staff to be online more it means they would get less sleep. Less sleep means that their brains will not function properly and also, they have a hard time focusing.

Not only will this lead to them struggling in school, it will also possibly lose them their staff rank.

You must understand that staff also cannot devote their everything to BrokenLens. Life puts people through a lot of s♥♥♥ experiences and staff members may be going through tough times and might not want to deal with player reports or anything currently.

Staff also have an available 1000 friend slots.

With these 1000 friend slots they are allocated, they are able to add more people and therefore they risk having their GRM spammed with random crap, half of which they don't care about or are unimportant.

Staff don't have the most amazing eyesight to be able to spot one message in a thousand. They aren't superhuman. Give 'em a break.
