I hardly play Quake because I don't know how to play xD

No worries. It's a game where you basically get a gun and just randomly start shooting people. xD

Then you got health to worry about, how when I shoot people it's not going through... XD

Some guns... Like the Machine Gun... is absolutely terrible. Use the railgun. xD And health isn't something major you need to worry about.
