Whats happened to me before as well... You can fix it by deleting minecraft and downloading it again but if you have worlds you like then idk

I guess I can lose worlds but do I have the App Store money when I delete it? I had a world that I put like 3 months of effort into but I don’t play it anymore. But will I get my money back?
