I've always wanted to know the answer to this question xD

Panic attacks suck.

Usually people just breath and name 5 things around them that they can see followed by 5 things they can feel.

For example:
A yellow crayon
A chair
My black jumper
Etc.

My heartbeat
My clothes
My tears (I dunno)
Etc.

What I do whenever I have panic attacks (it happens sometimes and even the doctors don't know why) what I do is I snap a bracelet or rubber band on my wrist (use ur imagination). If that doesn't work, then i have to just breathe DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPLY in as much as possible, then hold it for a while, then exhale slowly. It works mostly.
