I've had a lot of alternate accounts in my time due to when Xbox live was added

There's an account called GunnedDown, but it isn't banned anymore. I think that's because you were banned for accumulating too many warning points, which have now expired.
If you want to be banned so badly, you could just quit the server, that's essentially the same thing ._.

Maybe account reset after Xbox live was added? Bc it used to identify you by IP, not name.

And it does say on my old forums account that I got banned for hacking and that was almost two years ago which means I couldn't have faked it.

And I remember Aypi literally saying something along the lines of " your getting banned now hacker" right before I got banned

Can you check every account that's ever been on my IP?

That's good There have been some issues with people wanting to get banned recently (you probably know who it is), so I was a bit reluctant to ban you ._.
