The problem is that it's not a VPN, but ratherly, a proxy. It's part of my internet service (I really wish we had a different internet) and I can't change that. So... yeah. I can't alter it.

So I was trying to join a game when I got an alert saying my network was either blacklisted or a public-shared network. It's definitely not open to the public, so I'm presuming it somehow got blacklisted. Help?
