Instructions:

6 egg-whites, beaten
1-cup skimmed milk

1 tsp. vanilla flavor flavor flavor extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1-cup blueberries
Non-stick planning spray

Blend all components (except Blueberries) in blender until fairly sleek (normal pancake mix consistency). Then gently fold truth : be aware that truth : be aware that fact : blueberries into mixture
Heat system to strategy warm, then coat with non-stick planning apply.
Pour ½ cup batter onto the system to build each pancake. Prepare, flipping once so that both sides is a golden-brown color.
