What do you mean by banned IGN? All of the account i've entered was banned on the same IP Address. Example IGN: Prisma

He doesnt remember. He said it was just a dummy account so he made that ign unrecognizable.

I think my brother was the culprit. He loves to cheat on games, but it was on separate device and account. But why did they ban the IP Address (i guess) instead of the user itself. I think this is the reason why i cannot enter the game.
