If I log in on my main account with a diff device it ip bans that device as well. If I log in with a alt account on an ipbanned device it bans the alt account as well Then if I log in with a banned account on a non ip banned device it bans that device as well Since all my devices are ipbanned...

Because my device is IPbanned so I can't even play using a diff account

Just unban the account I don't need the rank back
