We can't play because the watcher keeps kicking us out every time we go to pick a block in hide and seek. Why does this keep happening and what can we do to make it stop? Thanks so much!

Hi, I forgot my son's password and his phone doesn't work except to play games when connected to wifi. And so there's proof it's his account I took a picture of him logged into hide and seek after about 25 times of getting back in and out so it would automatically log him in lol Please help...
