On the brlns page where I tried to apply for staff

So how do I access my other account? I couldn’t find anywhere that said to make an account.

I am using the password for the account I recently made on the brlns website

I tried to sign in to apply to become a staff but it kept saying my password was incorrect. I know I was typing in the right password because I made my account about two weeks ago. Right now it says that my account is locked because I entered the wrong password too many times.
