Hello! I got onto the server today and got 'logging in' which was weird, and I tried logging in again but it keeps saying 'please type an username'. No matter what I do, nothing's working. Please help, asap!

Hi everyone! I need some help; I just purchased Gold Rank for my account and besides having 'Gold' next to my name, I can't use any of the special features I'm supposed to. Do I have to wait? Am I doing something wrong? Please help ASAP! <3
