Hi! Yesterday I made a ban appeal and an admin said that my network was banned. He/she said that they would unban it and now it is a day later and im still banned?!? Please help me. Thank you.

Date/time: 12/02/17, around 7pm CST. Server: Hide and Seek IGN: donutslayzzzz I honestly have no clue to why I was banned. I was just playing hide and seek and the ban message popped up. I even used another XBL account to try and join but it said the same thing. So was my ip banned or...
