I'm assuming this bug is caused by full lobbies and when you try to get in it starts to download the terrain. But if the server fills before that your just stuck there. But I'm only assuming, so don't take my word on that.

If your using 0.15.0 your most likely not banned. They are currently working on updating the server to 0.15.0. If not, please use the correct ban appeal format.
