not like that. when u report the they check if there hacking or not

add a new command to report hackers like if there was a hacker u found u use /hacker <playersname> <reason> for example on lifeboat there was this invisible hacker he killed me I saw in chat and is said me killed by Lukas_Uzumaki and then I reported on him

lots and lots of people want this server compatible with 0.15.0 because we updated even lifeboat is now compatible with 0.15.0 I just want my favorite server to be 0.15.0
