Username on Server: DeRpY_AlIeN (The third l is a capital i, Not Allen.)
Hi, I have forgot my password and tried every single password i remembered but failed. If you could reset my password, It could be kind. (Sorry for that stupid title for this thread.)

Hi there, we need to see a screenshot of you logging in or we cannot reset your password. An alternative method would be to send us the last skin you used and we can look that up on our database.

Oh, that message, you mean this? If so then he can’t, since he can't log in because he doesn’t have his password so he needs it reset, but you need the welcome message and for that to work he needs his password reset, ect ect.

This was the incorrect screenshot. You had to post yourself being logged in. If you cannot do this please send us a screenshot of your start menu for Minecraft and we will try and match the skin with the account. This must be the last skin you had used on that account.

Nope, I really don't take screenshots on the server. Actually, I did took some before but deleted them due that my device started having low storage because of those screenshots.
