well if you want your stats and progress you need a xbox account but dont log or register with it in the server and buy a transfer ticket and transfer it to that xbox name that hasn't been registered

Okay, I really hate Microsoft, lol. We have to add a friend request for new Xbox Live accounts, as they don't have forum friends or server friends. I hope that the update should be fine, as in the additional information will be news in minecraft pe, if they add it. Also, last minutes ago I tried to log into the new Xbox account today, because I noticed that my username is already taken by me, because I don't have an old email account anymore. However, I can always access the name of my account is called GeorgeBRLNS to log on to the server, so you can add me a friend request. Why? Because I'm so alone on the server.

But if your xbox account name is the same as your name in the server, you don't have to add new friend request right?

Ok let's sum this up.

Better together means you will need an Xbox live account to join and lots of usernames are already taken or are different from the ones you use.

Vertx is looking for a good solution and right now that's all the info we have.

Don't become confused/frustrated it will probably work out fine.

(And this friends is why hazard writes important stuff)

Basically, once this update is realeased you can't play on servers unless you're logged into an Xbox Live account. The problem is, a lot of usernames are taken, so the staff are trying to figure out how to make us not lose our stats

The only good thing about this update is that it'll give you more privacy and people won't be able to steal your account. However, many people have the same name ideas and somebody registered BlueWillow before me so I had to change mine. So, technically I'm stealing their account by accident :0. Also, since you can only go online with one account, once you are banned, you're done for (unless you have multiple email addresses and can somehow get rid of your banned account). Since most hackers use boring old toolbox or some kind of app, it would greatly reduce the amount of people bypassing. If they ACTUALLY knew how to hack, they could encrypt data, change IP addresses, and even delete the ban file. However, again most hackers are noobs who use toolbox.

EDIT: Also another reason for this update might be because many games and websites are being dominated by kids. (YouTube, Minecraft, Cringey Fnaf kids, etc) so they are doing this to make Minecraft more "Kid friendly". (Hence the child acount). This will make MC extremely secure and easy to ban people. Microsoft is also monetizing MC as much as possible (skins, realms, worlds) so the people who can't make their own (most likely kids) will have their parents pay. Idk if this is a good reason but it's been happening frequently to many other communities. The Xbox thing very stressful to newer players and you have to create an ultra-unique account like "DungeonMasterTacoSupreme" in order to play.
