Blocked from claiming YT rank on accident

I saw tutorials on YouTube about how to claim the YT rank but they typed the channel first. I tried it three times and it said Email not found. The fourth time, it said I can't claim the YT rank because I had 3 or more warnings. I went on the forums and found out that you have to type the email first!!! I went crazy!!! Now I couldn't claim the YT rank :( Pls help if you can reset it

KinStoleChips (160)
KinStoleChips (500)
GoldenWasabiKing - Minecraft PE (52)

My first KinStoleChips account has been hacked.
So I moved to a new one (KinStoleChips)
Then got hacked again
So I moved to (GoldenWasabiKing)

But I want to use my KinStoleChips acc

You don't need to use the command just type something in chat and see if you have the rank
